Clitovius ovatus (Erichson, 1843), género y especie nuevos para la Península Ibérica. Especie conocida hasta el presente sólo del norte de África y señalada por Attia & Kamel (1965) y Delobel & Tran (1993) como plaga de los graneros (arroz, ...) en Egipto.
Asimismo se confirman las siguientes especies: Glabrasida asturica (Schuster, 1928) descrita de Asturias, citada con dudas de Lugo (Español, 1956) y localizada en Villaren de Valdivia y Valdeajos (Burgos); Akis spinosa (Linnaeus, 1764) de Barcelona ciudad; Platydema
europaeum Laporte & Brullé, 1831, conocida sólo de Málaga y Sant Vicenç de Montalt (Barcelona); Gonocephalum setulosum Falderman, 1837, citada antiguamente de España, puesta en duda su localización por Ferrer y capturada en diferentes ocasiones en los Llanos del Capitán (Almería) durante varios años en el mes de agosto. | |
