REQUISITS PER CENSAR-SE:
- Tenir la nacionalitat d’un país que formi part 
 de la Unió Europea.
- Tenir almenys 18 anys el dia de les eleccions.
- Estar empadronat/da a la ciutat de Barcelona.
- Tenir un document d’identitat.
COM ET POTS INSCRIURE AL CENS?
SI HAS REBUT LA CARTA DE L’OFICINA 
DEL CENS ELECTORAL AMB L’IMPRÈS
DE SOL·LICITUD:
- Complimenta’l i envia’l per correu 
	 postal	sense	necessitat	de	franqueig.
 - Sol·licita la inscripció de forma    
 telemàtica, accedint a https://sede.ine.gob.es 
 amb	certificat	digital,	o	bé	amb	el	Número		 	
	 d’Identitat	d’Estranger	i	la	Clau	de	Tramitació			
 Telemàtica inclosa a l’imprès.
SI NO HAS REBUT LA CARTA DE L’OCE: 
- Sol·licita la inscripció de forma 
 telemàtica, accedint a https://sede.ine.gob.es  
	 amb	certificat	digital.
- Demana hora per fer la inscripció a qualsevol  
	 Oficina	d’Atenció	Ciutadana,	trucant al 010   
 (necessitaràs el document d’identitat o   
 passaport).
FINS QUAN POTS INSCRIURE-T’HI?
Pots fer-ho fins el 30 de gener de 2019 
REQUISITOS PARA CENSARSE:
- Tener la nacionalidad de un país que forme 
 parte de la Unión Europea.
- Tener al menos 18 años el día de las elecciones.
- Estar empadronado/a en la ciudad de Barcelona.
- Tener un documento de identidad en vigor.
¿CÓMO PUEDES INSCRIBIRTE 
EN EL CENSO? 
SI HAS RECIBIDO LA CARTA DE LA 
OFICINA DEL CENSO ELECTORAL 
CON EL IMPRESO DE SOLICITUD:
- Rellénalo y envíalo por correo postal 
 (no necesita franqueo).
 - Solicita tu inscripción de forma telemática,   
 accediendo a https://sede.ine.gob.es 
	 con	certificado	digital,	o	bien	con	el	Número	
 de Identidad de Extranjero y la Clave de   
 Tramitación Telemática incluida en el impreso.
SI NO HAS RECIBIDO LA CARTA 
DE LA OCE: 
- Solicita tu inscripción de forma 
 telemática, accediendo a 
 https://sede.ine.gob.es con	certificado	digital.
- Pide hora	en	cualquier	Oficina	de	Atención
 Ciudadana llamando al 010	para	inscribirte.
 (necesitarás tu documento de    
 identidad o pasaporte).
